Letter from a friend - Letter 5
Take a moment and think about someone you know who's genuinely, deeply happy. If you look closely, you'll notice that the happiest people are often those who give, serve, and care for others.
There's nothing in the world that can erase the smile of someone (even if they're tired and exhausted) who, after having had a day filled with things, lies down on their pillow with the happiness of having made the day worthwhile.

Hello, Dear Friend,
(I sat down to write this letter in the middle of last week. It was one of those days when I had a lot on my plate - so many tasks to complete, children to look after, and people to assist.)
Today, I wanted to bring to you a reflection on sacrifice and happiness.
You know why? Because all the sacrifice, struggles, and tough times we face gain meaning when done for others, for the people in our lives.
I'm sharing this with you because, even though I'm feeling tired today, my heart is full of love. This ordinary day, just like many others, was spent with care and kindness. Each moment was a gift, and as I write this, I hope this message strengthens the bond of service and affection that connects us.
Have you experienced moments where your own acts of kindness and service, despite exhaustion, left you with a profound sense of contentment and fulfillment?
With warm regards,
Libia Matheus
